@Glorious_E as a dev myself i like think logiclly with 15-20% chance for them to spawn and you dont see them regularly it means there is another effect in play from what i know about eft either they roam like the goons used to do or they work like cultists where you have to free their spawn locations that would explain why people are saying they spawn mid raid
