I usually fly low, and make it hard for them to figure out where I'm coming from. Especially with that Hind Rotter Hum. All in all love flying, love doing hot drops, love using my heli and smacking a random dude in the middle of the road and fly away like nothing happened xD

Personally, I feel Customs will be the best way to locate cultists, because they only spawn around the stronghold, but tricky thing is if Reshala and Goons also up at stronghold, you have to clear them first, then cultists spawn after
