I hit dorms earlier and Reshala was in there on the 3rd floor. I tossed a grenade got shot I killed 3 of his 4 goons and I think the one who shot me also shot Reshala in the head because I didn't ger the kill for him

yeah the trick is to go to customs at like 19-20 and rush to kill reshala/goons. if you kill the bosses before 21:30 (including goons if there) it's like a pretty consistently high rate they will spawn in at nightfall
