If you are having issues claiming either free or paid drops, try unlinking and relinking your BSG and Twitch accounts, if that doesnt work, you'll need ticket BSG/Twitch with your receipt. For free drops make sure you have claimed them on Twitch from previous days so todays can be earned via watch time, and check your other game profiles.
