If you gifted 5 subs, claim the sub drops in your twitch inventory, afterwards go to https://www.escapefromtarkov.com/profile/gifts and claim it there too to get your rewards ingame. If you don't see them or don't get the rewards, make sure to unlink and relink your Twitch <-> BSG account in your EFT profile.

Global Drops run August 5–17 ( https://prnt.sc/jHb6WC7smNUC ) and give Common, Rare and Epic containers to your Seasonal character.
