@hawktangg They're a new division of NPC's. They've got the best ammo, gear, weapons, etc. High rush high reward dealing with them. Icebreaker is the point of origin for BD. They've been expanded to every map since Icebreaker introduced them. Certain drops from BD are required for specific tasks in other locations other than IB.
