i spawned at the northern side of lighthouse near the rail/cargo area. I was running a Mosin with PS and a M1911 with the base fmj round for the pistol. When I spawned a player spawned close and I managed to kill them after scaring the absolute shit out of them with my first mosin shot. Though, i was a silly boy and forgot to check the goon tracker and goons were at the rail area. I did manage to kill them and got out with their gear. It also helped that Big Pip had their LMG with M80.
